So what are the profiles required to practice in the Internet business?

Are skills required bounded in managing software, web and speech codes and expressions that have become Internet users? What training and what strengths to highlight during a recruitment process? These issues were addressed and discussed during the presentation of a cross-national study.160 people had made an appointment Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at the CAPC Museum of Contemporary Art in Bordeaux to attend Crossroads conference organized by the Digital Job Bordeaux, this enthusiasm proves how this sector is growing attractive both to students and professionals Bordeaux.

Transversal skills and training emerging
The presentation of the cross-national study "Trades of the Internet and employment opportunities" was the opportunity to meet a delegation of European representatives of the International Observatory of Trades Internet. For the first publication of this study, besides the fact that it came in the merry month of Europe, has indeed striven to define job profiles for emerging professions on all countries of our continent. 700,000 jobs related to the web and will be contested in Europe in the coming years. Data confirmed a national survey by the Manpower Needs and 2012 job center in which we learn that new technologies are, for 58% of French companies, one of the areas where the need to strengthen skills are most important.

This restoration study however highlighted the fact that training for careers in the Internet turn out of a
correct quality, despite the fact that unlike teachers in medicine or law, people that teach trades web have never themselves been trained in these trades. The trades are trades in Internet communications, using technical tools, yet the training is mainly focused on technical aspects. Training for jobs in web does agree, however, that few places to cross-cutting skills: adaptation to customer needs, accuracy and attention to detail, understanding of business strategy, the ability to relations interpersonal and taste of teamwork ....
Interpersonal skills have its place in its businesses, but prejudices die hard: we give little importance to a candidate with an initial training as a nurse, or engineer, when nothing no evidence that it is competent months.
